Founded in 1350, the historic city of Ayutthaya was the capital of the kingdom of Siam in second. It lasted from the fourteenth century to the eighteenth century, during this period, it became the world's largest and most international city, and is the world's diplomatic and commercial center.
In 1767, The city was attacked and razed by the Burma army. They razed the city and forced the residents to abandon the city. The city has never been rebuilt in the same place. It is still known as a widespread archaeological site.
